Resiliency Governance Reporting and Data Specialist-1

The Enterprise Resiliency Office has an opening for a Governance Reporting and Data Specialist on the Resiliency Reporting and Governance team. This assistant vice president role will operate within a team of three individuals, both executing on monthly/quarterly production deliverables as well as developing new reporting solutions to meet emerging customer needs. Candidates for this position should be interested in both technical aspects of business data, as well as the business application of said data, and be looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The preferred location for this position is Boston-OCB or Quincy-JAB.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works closely with business SME’s and product owners to drive requirements for new reporting solutions
- Create and drive project plans for tactical and strategic initiatives related to the reporting and consumption of resiliency conformance and risk data to our key stakeholders and customers
- Execute monthly and quarterly deliverables as key component of existing reporting process and structure
- Provide ad hoc insights into resiliency data, as needed
- Participate in non-reporting related projects to broaden understanding of resilience concepts
- Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate well with others
- Maintain training documentation and SOP’s
- Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management
- Be self-motivated to learn, introduce new ideas, and teach others
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Operations, Client Service or related business experience
- Experience with State Street a plus
- Interest and passion for an understanding of data and its connection to business concepts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Team player, communicative, open, honest, thoughtful, and committed
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
