We are seeking an experienced AI & Data Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will serve as a trusted customer advisor on AI and data, combining deep market understanding with customer insights to shape go-to-market strategies. You will also act as a critical bridge between our customers and global service teams, channeling product feature feedback to drive roadmap priorities.
Key job responsibilities
- Customer Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers on AI and data adoption, helping them understand opportunities, trends, and best practices relevant to their industry
- Market Observation: Monitor the AI and data landscape — including competitor moves, emerging technologies, and regional market dynamics — to identify opportunities and threats
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable GTM strategies; collaborate with sales, marketing, and specialist teams to drive adoption of AI and data services
- Product Feedback & Liaison: Act as the bridge between customers and global service/product teams — consolidate feature requests, prioritize feedback, and advocate for regional customer needs in product roadmap discussions
- Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and internal forums; contribute to whitepapers and market reports on AI and data trends
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with account teams, partner organizations, and global specialists to deliver a cohesive customer experience
