We are looking for an analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused Data Engineer to build data pipelines, develop our internal analytics infrastructure, and create data models that enable internal users to gain key business insights.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and a relentless curiosity to learn. They are comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have experience with cloud technologies, as well as with building ETL pipelines, designing dimensional and reporting data models, and writing adhoc SQL queries to answer stakeholder questions.


Key job responsibilities
Create ETL pipelines using SQL as well as Python within our AWS environment. Writing Python code to solve immediate problems, and expanding the functionality of our data platform. Writing SQL queries to answer adhoc requests and diving deep into the data to understand trends and fix data quality issues.

About the team
We are a team comprised of data engineers and business intelligence engineers, managing the entire end to end analytics lifecycle for Prime Air. We support all areas of the organization with data, both regular reporting to senior leadership, dashboards that provide insights into different functional areas, as well as self-service mechanisms that allow users to get the data they need on their own.
